Showroom and Sales Consultant

About the Role and Company:

You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, guiding them through the product range, providing advice, and assisting them in finding the ideal solution for their homes or projects.

The company specialise in manufacturing and installing glass products, including shower screens, robes, mirrors, internal shelving, and splash backs.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in the showroom, providing exceptional service and expert advice
• Build relationships with homeowners, builders, and designers to drive sales
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure product knowledge is up to date
• Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure seamless customer service

About You:

• Experience in glass, bathroom, or shower screen sales preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A proactive and sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills for quoting and order processing
