Your main tasks will include:

Running paid ads on Google and LinkedIn (including Performance Max and Demand Gen).

Building and managing audience segments to target the right people.

Designing and managing WordPress websites, making sure they look great, work well, and are easy to use.

Keeping websites updated, secure, and running smoothly.

Making sure every page is set up to get traffic and turn visitors into customers.

Doing SEO work (technical and on-page) to help us rank higher in search engines.

Running A/B tests to improve performance.

Managing our Google Business Profiles.

Creating email and lead nurturing campaigns.

Tracking and reporting on ad, website, and campaign performance.

Sharing insights and ideas with the team.
