We are a husband and wife led manufacturing business in Moffat Beach, Qld. Our precision-made aluminium products are sold across Australia through our Shopify Plus store, serving direct-to-consumer, B2B and select supplier customers. With a growing online presence and a busy production team, we are committed to delivering quality, reliability, and a seamless customer experience.

Our Shopify Plus store - with over 600 products, is central to our business but it needs an experienced practice Shopify Plus specialist to refine its functionality, improve user experience and implement features that truly support our customer.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with deep Shopify Plus knowledge and a solutions-drive mindset who can:

Take ownership of store design, product presentation and navigation.

Recommend and implement improvements to make it easier for both B2B and B2C customers to use our website.

Coordinate with our external marketing team to ensure website changes align with SEO and advertising

Act as our go-to problem solver with website issues and enchantments.

Key Responsibilities

Review and improve our product listings, especially on mobile view.

Implement a global search function for quick product access

Improve navigation and category structure.

Customise Shopify Plus themes and integrate the right apps to boost functionality.

Ensure the site is optimised for conversions and customer experience.

Work closely with the owners to action priorities and solve pain points quickly.

Liaise with the external marketing agency to ensure site changes support SEO and campaign goals.

Provide recommendations on tools, apps and features to streamline the customer journey.

Skills & Experience

Extensive hands-on Shopify Plus experience (large product catalogues preferred).

Proficient in Shopify Liquid - including customisation and app integrations.

Strong understanding of UX best practices for e-commerce, especially for mobile.

Experience improving large product catalogues (600+ SKUs).

Ability to translate business goals into functional website improvements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.

Strong communication skills to work with both internal and external partners.
