We are the Don Hodge Group and we currently own and operate 7 venues across Sydney and regional NSW. including our brand new greenfield site which has just launched in southwest Sydney, The Chipping Norton Hotel.

We are searching for a Stock / Inventory & POS Manager to join our Head Office team to manage the beverage portfolio. Our brand new head office facility is based out of East Hills.

As Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing all inventory onboarding within the hotel groups operation. This includes setting up, pricing, amending, cross referencing and mapping new products within our point of sale system (Bepoz)

Training of departmental crew and venue management

Ensuring strict inventory control standards and procedures are in place and maintained across the group, including but not limited to: receiving, compiling specific reports as directed by our Financial Controller and accurate recording of wastage, transfers and accounts both internally and across venues

Inventory spot checks and monthly stock takes in conjunction with department heads and venue management

Regular product analysis and amendment to ensure designated gross profit margins are met across the group

Confirming variances and working alongside each venue to investigate and report on the findings

Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers

Skills which would be advantageous include:

Strong computer skills

High level accuracy in data entry

Good oral and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Due to the hotels being spread out between Sydney (East Hills), coastal (Newcastle) and regional (Forbes) there will be elements of this position that involve travel however these are complimented by days where you are able to work from home.
