About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and hands-on Operations Assistant to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys supporting multiple teams, thrives on structure and efficiency, and isn’t afraid to jump in and get involved in both office and warehouse-based tasks when needed.

What You’ll Do:

Administrative Support

Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate operational records.

Data Entry & Reporting

Enter data into systems and assist in analysing trends to support decision-making.

Inventory Management

Monitor and track stock levels, liaise with internal teams, and flag shortages proactively.

Logistics Coordination

Arrange shipments, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

Process Improvement

Identify and suggest process enhancements to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.

Documentation

Maintain up-to-date procedure manuals, compliance records, and safety documentation.

Warehouse Support (as Backup)

Step in to assist with picking/packing, palletising, or loading/unloading when the Warehouse Coordinator is unavailable.

Quality Assurance

Support inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Project Coordination

Assist with tracking and organising operational projects across the business.

General Office Support

Help with ordering supplies, organising files, and providing backup support to colleagues across departments.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word),Gmail Sheets

A team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude

Prior experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative support role (preferred)

Willingness to support warehouse duties when required

Forklift license (required), or willingness to obtain one — training and certification will be provided by the company
