Job Tasks & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to support our Warehouse Manager with daily operations. This hands-on role includes receiving deliveries, picking and packing orders, dispatching goods, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace.

Skills & Service

Communication is integral to this role, and computer skills are required for working with freight company dispatch programs and MYOB accounting software. Experience in warehousing is preferred but not required, as we are happy to train you. You must be physically fit, as it's a hands-on role, and have a friendly attitude. We are a great team, and we want you to be a part of that.

A forklift licence is required, and/or you are willing to learn and pass the course.

Good attention to detail

Self-motivated, hands-on and willing to help

Mechanical or Electrical Skills would be a bonus.

Strong communication skills are required as you deal with customers

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

A current driver's licence is preferred

High level of regard for your and others' safety

Ability to safely lift and move items up to 20kg regularly throughout the shift

Working knowledge of MYOB and freight management systems (training provided for specific platforms)
