About the role

We currently have a vacancy for a fulltime Production Assistant to join the team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and growing manufacturing company. About the Role

Your daily duties would include but not be limited to:

Assist with the setup, operation and maintenance of production equipment and machinery

Perform quality control checks throughout the production process

Packaging and dispatch of finished products

Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes

Maintain a safe and organised work environment

Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output targets

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and willingness to learn, you'll have/be:

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet deadlines

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
