Production Assistants – Multiple Roles Available
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Roster: 4 days on, 4 days off
Pay Rates:
💲 Day Shift: $35.26/hour
💲 Night Shift: $40.55/hour

About the Production Assistant Role:

Work alongside machine operators and forklift drivers in a fast-paced production environment

Assist with food manufacturing processes, packaging, and quality checks

Maintain clean workspaces in line with HACCP and OH&S procedures

Full training provided – great opportunity for entry-level candidates

Opportunity to upskill and gain a forklift licence

Supportive team environment with long-term opportunities

Additional Roles Also Available:

Machine Operators (Food machine experience preferred)

Forklift Drivers (Valid LF Licence required – High Reach experience an advantage)

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit individuals

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and long shifts

Strong English comprehension

Ability to follow strict safety and hygiene protocols

PPE required: Steel cap boots, hi-vis, safety glasses

Full Driver License & current Police Check required
