Broad Arrow Forge is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated assembly worker to join our amazing team.

The assembly / production worker is responsible for all warehouse / general maintenance works as directed.

Primary Duties Include:

Receipt goods, including counting and placement of goods in designated areas.

Evaluate Goods for repair and serviceability.

Work on a product assembly line.

Use Power and Hand tools competently and safely to disassemble and re-assemble components based on written Work Instructions provided. (This also may include some minor Spray Painting)

Pack, label and enter detailed data for record keeping.

Use handheld electronics (i-Pad/i-Phone/scanners) for scanning, capturing photo’s and recording data.

Manage tools, parts & consumable goods efficiently.

Be flexible and able to adapt easily to completing new tasks where instructed.

Qualifications/Abilities/Experience

Have demonstratable experience working within set procedures and processes.

Be a team player with a “what needs to be done next” attitude.

Be able to read and understand complex Work Instructions.

Ability to work in a productive manner and meet deadlines.

Have mechanical aptitude and previous experience in the use of power tools and hand tools.

Have a level of fitness that allows you to do hands on work for 8 hrs a day.

Be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail from previous work.

Have an excellent command of English for report writing and computer entry.

Ability to maintain a high standard of work and strive for continuous improvement.
