Production Assembly Trade Assistant - VIC

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Assembly Trade Assistants to join our dynamic team in Derrimut, just 13km west of Melbourne CBD. In this role, you'll play a critical role in preparing products according to customers’ orders.

If you are passionate about hands-on fabrication, including assembling components, drilling various plates, countersinking, buffing, grinding, spray painting, preparing parts for painting, ensuring a quality finish, and welding, you thrive in a hardworking environment, and possess a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you. About the role…

· Fabricate and assemble components to schedule.

· Welding of components.

· Drilling of base, flat and ripple plates, and any other drilling projects.

· Countersinking, buffing, and grinding of plates.

· Spray painting, preparation of parts to be painted.

· Maintaining Warehouse Safety.

Must have experience…

· Welding experience/certificate

· Forklift Licence.

· Experience with Swing, Jib, hoist operation
