About the Role

In this role, you will manage your own conveyancing matters from start to finish. You will be the main point of contact for clients, agents, brokers, and other stakeholders, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

Handling residential, off-the-plan, and commercial property transactions end-to-end

Liaising with clients, agents, and banks in a professional and timely manner

Preparing contracts, settlement statements, and other relevant documents

Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Using PEXA to complete transactions

About You

Minimum 2 years’ conveyancing experience (QLD property transactions)

Strong knowledge of PEXA, Residential Contracts, and QLD conveyancing procedures

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Ability to manage multiple files with high attention to detail

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
