Exceptional Opportunity: Join a Busy Litigation Practice as a Law Clerk, Legal Assistant, or Junior Lawyer

Are you a driven, proactive individual with a positive “can-do” attitude? We have an outstanding opportunity for you to support a senior lawyer within there litigation team and gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

This full-time, office-based role (5 days a week) is open to law students, legal assistants, graduates, or early-career lawyers looking to build their career and grow with a firm that invests in your future. Or you could be a dedicated legal assistant looking for long term growth.

What you’ll do:
You’ll be hands-on from day one, with the opportunity to complete your PLT and seamlessly transition into a Junior Lawyer role upon admission. Working closely with a Senior Associate in the disputes team, you will support a busy lawyer and act as an extension of their workload. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• File opening and client liaison
• Managing emails and drafting initial correspondence
• Participating in early morning team huddles to plan the day ahead
• Developing your legal administration skills through excellent mentorship
• Working on files involving neighbour disputes, criminal matters, civil litigation, property disputes, and more
• Attending client meetings, taking notes, and assisting with document drafting.

Renumeration
65-90K base per annum + super (dependant on experience)
