They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Migration Agent to join their on-site team in Rivervale.

Location: Rivervale, Western Australia
Salary: From AUD 70,000 – 100,000 per year

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, on-site role. Remote work or Work From Anywhere arrangements are not available.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality legal migration advice to new and existing clients

Prepare, check, and lodge visa applications accurately and on time

Ensure all applications comply with DHA requirements and are submitted within deadlines

Maintain and update client records in the migration management system

Build strong client relationships and offer clear, compassionate support throughout the process

Stay up to date with changes in Australian migration law and policy

Contribute to the agency’s reputation and business growth by delivering exceptional service

Qualifications:

Hold an active MARN with no history of professional misconduct

Hold a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law (essential)

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Registered Migration Agent, especially in student visas, partner visas, working visas, and General Skilled Migration (GSM)

Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Proven ability to manage clients professionally and efficiently

Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Proactive and eager to develop new skills
