We are now seeking a qualified and motivated Registered Migration Agent (MARN holder) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on Australian visa applications (e.g., student visas, 482/186 employer-sponsored visas, skilled migration, partner visas).

Independently manage and process client cases from initial consultation to lodgement and approval.

Liaise with clients, employers, and government bodies (e.g., Department of Home Affairs, Skills Assessing Authorities).

Stay updated on latest immigration policies (e.g., 2025 SID visa changes, GTE requirements for students).

Assist with refusals, appeals, and complex cases (desirable but not mandatory).

Maintain compliance with OMARA regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

✅ Must be a Registered Migration Agent (MARN holder) – current or pending renewal.
✅ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Australian visa lodgements (employer-sponsored, student, or skilled visas preferred).
✅ Ability to work independently on cases with moderate supervision.
✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
