With AI and customer data at the core of their future roadmap, they’re now hiring a MarTech Solutions Lead to guide clients through transformation and lead a team of brilliant consultants.

You’ll bring technical depth, strategic vision, and real-world experience across customer platforms, campaign tools and AI. You’ll still be hands-on when needed, but your main superpowers will be team leadership, architectural thinking, and client engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the technical strategy for client projects - across Martech, customer data, AI and personalisation
• Mentor a cross-functional team, shaping capability and supporting their growth
• Architect, advise and roll up your sleeves to ensure successful delivery and client outcomes
• Align complex technology decisions with simple, measurable business impact
• Work across multiple platforms: Salesforce, Adobe, Responsys, Emarsys and emerging AI tools!

What you'll bring to the team:

• Proven leadership in tech consulting, architecture and delivery (ideally MarTech-focused)
• Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms, data systems & campaign tech
• Gravitas with CMOs, engineers and technical architects - plus killer presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen: project margin, client satisfaction, and innovation metrics
• Curiosity for emerging tech - especially AI/ML for personalisation or automation
