About the Role

You’ll be delivering holistic, person-centred care in a modern residential aged care setting, supporting a team of care staff while ensuring high standards of clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support care staff on shift

Assess and manage residents’ health, including medications and treatments

Develop and review individualised care plans

Support continuous improvement and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA registered RN with a Bachelor of Nursing

Valid First Aid, CPR & Police Check

COVID-19 (x2) and Flu vaccinations recommended

Experience in Aged Care is essential

Strong leadership and communication skills

Sound knowledge of wound care and dementia support

Ability to build strong relationships with residents and families
