Western Sydney Airport is one of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects, set to transform the region’s economy and connectivity. As part of the Airport’s major Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation, they’re preparing thousands of asset records and maintenance plans for upload, ensuring operational readiness from day one.

About your new role!
As a Mid-Level Data Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in extracting, structuring, and quality-checking maintenance data so it can be loaded into the new EAM system. This is more than data entry: you’ll be interpreting asset information, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring that what goes into the system supports the airport’s long-term maintenance and compliance obligations.

Key tasks for this role include:

• Extracting data (6 - 10 fields per line) from Technical Maintenance Plans (TMPs) and Operational Maintenance Manuals (OMMs)
• Working with structured Excel files and semi-structured PDF sources
• Using Excel formulas, lookups, and Power Query for data transformation
• Extracting and cleaning PDF data using Adobe Pro
• Performing data accuracy checks and identifying anomalies
• Collaborating with the asset management team to meet tight delivery deadlines

About You!
We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong Excel skills (lookups, formulas, Power Query).
• Experience with Adobe Pro for extracting PDF data.
• Attention to detail and ability to validate data against logical rules.
• Some understanding of asset management principles is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite full-time at the WSI airport site in Luddenham.
• Who can start in September.

Pay: $550–$650 per day + Super
