Omega Medical is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Junior Doctors team in a role built for progression. You'll start by focusing on candidate engagement, working closely with junior doctors to place them in locum and contract roles across Australia. Over time, you'll develop client-facing experience, moving into a full 360 recruitment role.

The Role: 180 Recruitment Consultant (Progressing to 360)

You’ll start by focusing on what you do best: sourcing, engaging, and placing junior doctors into roles across Australia. As your confidence and capability grow, you’ll gradually take on business development and account management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Source, engage, and place junior doctors into temporary, contract, or locum roles

Manage job flow from existing PSA clients (state government and private hospitals)

As you grow, begin developing new business and managing client relationships

Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM and contribute to market insight

Be supported with training and mentoring as you expand your skill set
