We are seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across the industrial and blue-collar sector, working with a major national supply chain client known for its fast-moving operational tempo and high-volume labour needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job briefs and advertising to onboarding and post-placement support

· Liaise with hiring managers, supervisors, and stakeholders on workforce planning and site requirements

· Maintain strong candidate pipelines across warehousing, transport, logistics, production, manufacturing, and similar industries

· Conduct interviews, reference checks, safety inductions, and pre-employment assessments

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, award interpretation, and onboarding documentation

· Visit client sites regularly to maintain service levels and manage workforce engagement

· Accurately update and maintain CRM/ATS and recruitment databases

· Collaborate with your team to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates

What We Are Looking For:

· Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment, ideally with a focus on warehousing, transport, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or logistics

· Background working with large volume clients in high-turnover, fast-paced environments

· Strong knowledge of award interpretation and industrial workplace safety

· Ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands, and deliver to tight deadlines

· Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities

· A proactive, people-focused approach with a passion for matching the right talent with the right job

· Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential for site visits)
