Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in placing the best candidates with our clients. You will manage the sourcing and screening of candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating job offers. Your ability to understand clients' needs and candidates' aspirations will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Source and screen new potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Provide expert advice and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest recruitment standards.

Meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual with the following experience and attributes:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.

A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
