Your new role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accommodation Manager with strong catering expertise to oversee the daily operations of a regional workforce accommodation facility. This role combines leadership in both guest services and food operations, ensuring a high standard of comfort and hospitality for all guests.

Accommodation Operations

• Manage front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, and service standards to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of accommodation staff.

Catering Oversight

• Collaborate on menu planning and ensure meals meet diverse dietary needs.
• Coordinate catered events and ensure seamless execution.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards through regular audits.
• Manage inventory and procurement of food and beverage supplies.
• Train catering staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven leadership in hospitality and catering environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in accommodation and catering management.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or business; food safety certification preferred.

This role is based in a regional hospitality setting and may require flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays. It involves both administrative duties and hands-on management.
