Job Description

Hub Australia is expanding in South Australia! Be part of the founding team as we open Hub North Adelaide – a beautifully designed, hospitality-led flexible workspace set in one of Adelaide’s most iconic neighbourhoods. Located at 88 O’Connell Street, just minutes from the CBD, this brand-new clubhouse blends village charm with urban proximity. Opening October 2025, Hub North Adelaide will deliver premium amenities, concierge services, and 5-star hospitality in a warm, neighbourhood setting.

Are you ready to join the vibrant team that will bring Hub North Adelaide to life? Starting in the last week of September, you’ll join the launch team bringing this elevated workspace experience to life – creating a welcoming, high-performing environment for our members and guests..

As a Workspace Experience Associate, you’ll be the friendly face and go-to person in our brand new clubhouse. Whether it’s greeting members, organising events, or keeping the space running smoothly, no two days will be the same as you help shape this incredible new workspace. With a focus on delivering premium, personalised service, you’ll ensure every interaction feels exceptional.

What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to!):

  • As the welcoming face of our workspace, you'll create personalised experiences for members and guests.
  • Manage day-to-day member and guest questions, enquiries, booking requests, mail, etc., including in-person and through the clubhouse email inbox promptly - be the problem solver and assist our members with any issues!
  • Showcase your barista artistry by preparing a variety of beverages and managing the day-to-day operations of our cafe.
  • Play a crucial role in organising and executing workplace events. From small meetings to larger gatherings, your involvement will ensure each event is a hit, marked by seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks for food, consumables, and clubhouse supplies. Your attention here ensures we’re always stocked and ready to meet our members' needs.
  • Assist with aspects of our workspace's day-to-day operations such as opening and closing procedures and conducting space checks etc!

Qualifications

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hotel, venue and hospitality/retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
  • Experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strongly embodies a customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to the needs and preferences of guests to enhance their overall experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset in addressing challenges
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with members, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient multitasking abilities, maintaining focus and productivity in a dynamic environment.
  • A genuine passion for building relationships, with a strong ability to bring warm
