About you
You are a strategic and solutions-driven marketing professional with extensive experience managing CRM systems and large-scale automation campaigns across datasets numbering in the hundreds of thousands. Skilled in coordinating integrated marketing projects and crafting digital communications including eDMs, HTML content, and nurture activities, you lead teams with clarity and confidence, providing training and guidance that drives collaboration and results. With strong analytical and interpersonal skills, you deliver high-level insights, manage supplier relationships, and consult effectively with stakeholders to shape impactful, data-informed student recruitment strategies.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager: Digital Marketing, you will lead the innovation and enhancement of the University’s future student CRM and marketing automation campaigns. Acting as a specialist advisor, you’ll drive the development of strategic nurture activities, optimise campaign content, and ensure high-quality data management across vast contact datasets. You’ll oversee system performance, integration, and reporting practices, providing expert guidance to internal teams and external partners. With a focus on continuous improvement and audience engagement, this role plays a critical part in shaping how prospective students connect with the University, delivering smarter, data-informed marketing that drives recruitment outcomes.

To be successful you will need
- Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience, in marketing, communications, digital, or disciplines relevant to the position
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering large scale-marketing automation campaigns, managing large contact datasets coordinating relational customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Demonstrated experience in the development and management of integrated marketing projects that cross individual work areas
- Demonstrated experience implementing marketing communications, nurture activities and digital content with particular reference to the preparation of direct, digital, eDM and online materials, including some experience working with HTML for eDM
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, provide training, and lead project teams
