About the Role:

Be part of something bigger - shape brighter futures for South Australian children.

Whether you're teaching in classrooms or supporting behind the scenes, you'll be valued, challenged, and fulfilled - all while shaping a brighter future for generations to come.

Children's Centres for Early Childhood Development and Parenting are vibrant community hubs across South Australia, bringing together education, health, and family support services to give every child the best start in life. These centres offer universal and targeted services to support children's development, empower parents, and strengthen families.

As the Integration Lead, you'll be at the heart of community connection. Reporting to the Centre Director and working closely with a range of professionals and community members, you will lead the implementation of the Integrated Hub Service Model. Your work will help deliver more coordinated, responsive services that improve outcomes for children, families, and the local community.

In this dynamic and people-focused role, you will:

Lead place-based planning and community engagement activities tailored to local needs.

Guide on-site service providers toward an integrated, collaborative way of working.

Foster a shared vision that ensures families - especially those facing vulnerability or social isolation - can easily access the support they need.

Empower families through co-design processes that draw on their strengths, insights, and lived experience.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. Join us and help build stronger communities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Tertiary qualification in community development, social work, early childhood education or related human services or health qualification.

What we can offer you:

Access a multitude of jobs and career growth opportunities within a unique, stimulating and purpose-driven environment.

Benefit from extensive professional development in a system that fosters curiosity, creativity, and innovation.

Enjoy the stability and benefits of public sector employment within an inclusive, diverse and supportive workforce that values shared purpose and cooperation.

Why work with us:

When our children and young people thrive, so do our communities and our state.
