Lucy Homes is seeking a qualified and skilled candidate who possesses:

A trade qualification (Cert III Carpentry)

Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans

Experience and adeptness in the use of power and hand tools

First Fix Carpentry experience

Second Fix Carpentry experience

Interest to further expand their experience in Commercial construction

Some familiarity with Formwork Construction

High level of organizational skills

Punctuality and trustworthiness

Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently

Own set of tools

Mandatory possession of an Australian driver's license and White Card certification
