Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in remote communities across Western Australia?
We're seeking a detail oriented and proactive Contracts Coordinator to support our Remote Operations team who play a vital role in supporting service delivery across some of the most important and underserved regions in the state.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this dynamic and rewarding role, you’ll be the backbone of our contract and financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Draft and develop service provider contracts and supporting documentation.
Offer practical advice on contract management and dispute resolution.
Conduct contract research, analysis, and reporting to support decision making
Maintain and circulate contract records and documentation.
Coordinate contractor communications, including meetings, agendas, and minutes
Manage the full invoicing cycle from work orders to payments.
What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
A degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (essential)
Knowledge of contract language and WA contract management law.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
Intermediate skills in contract development and management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
