Join Our Growing Production Team – Bathurst, NSW

Con-form Group is a fully-fledged engineering company dedicated to HVACR mounting platforms, acoustic and architectural screening, and roof access systems. Based in Bathurst, NSW, we’ve been the market leader for over 20 years—designing, certifying, manufacturing, supplying, and installing innovative solutions that make construction projects simpler and more efficient.

With continued growth in demand, we’re looking to expand our Production Team with enthusiastic and dependable new crew members.

About the Role

This is position within our production facility where you’ll gain hands-on experience and receive training to grow your skill set.

You’ll start by supporting day-to-day production operations, including:

Assisting experienced staff with roll-forming, CNC, and other machinery

Assembling components using hand and power tools (drills, drop saws, etc.)

Picking and packing goods for transport

General housekeeping of the production area

As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to train on advanced manufacturing equipment such as:

CNC machines

Turret punches

Roller formers

About You

We’re looking for people who are reliable, hands-on, and safety-conscious.
To be successful in this role, you will:

Follow WHS procedures, and safe work practices

Demonstrate correct manual handling techniques

Show a solid work ethic and contribute to a team-focused culture

Pass a drug & alcohol test as part of onboarding

Ideally have a current driver’s licence

Welding experience, forklift licence or truck licence is a plus, but not essential
