Your responsibilities:

• Engage and qualify leads from referral partners, online channels, and repeat clients.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess financial goals, borrowing capacity, and structure optimal loan solutions.
• Provide holistic lending advice across residential, investment, refinancing, construction, and SMSF loans.
• Liaise with a wide panel of lenders, keeping abreast of policies, products, and interest rates.
• Collaborate with credit analysts, client service, and settlement teams to ensure seamless execution from application to settlement.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and results.

Your skills:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, Lending Specialist, or Home Lending Manager.
• Accredited with MFAA or FBAA and hold a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred).
• Ability to generate and manage a pipeline of clients or convert high-quality leads.
• Strong knowledge of lender policies, credit criteria, and structuring.
• Client-first mindset with a drive to deliver outstanding service and results.
• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and organised with excellent communication skills.
