We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced management consultant to lead our next phase of strategic expansion and business optimization.
About the Role:
The management consultant will work closely with the director to analyse business challenges and implement data-driven, scalable strategies. This role will include business diagnostics, operational redesign, market entry advice, performance systems, and compliance enhancement. This position is vital to ensure long-term competitiveness, customer retention, and digital innovation.
Strategic Development and Organizational Optimization -Lead the development of business objectives, strategic roadmaps, and operational plans, and the efficient use of organizational resources and capabilities.
Continuous Improvement and Change Management -Identify business and organizational problems and opportunities with change methodologies and continuous improvement.
System Evaluation and Operational Diagnostics- Evaluate and analyse current systems, capacity, and organizational structures.
Strategic Advisory and Solution Design- Advice organization for recommendations with the analysis of current-stage problems to provide suitable solutions for organizational problems.
Organizational Restructuring and Accountability- Prepare and recommend proposals for revising methods, procedures, altering workflow, redefining and redesigning job functions, and supporting organizational improvements and innovation.
Innovation Implementation and Change Management - Assist in implementing the approved recommendation in the organization.
Capacity Development and Regulatory Compliance-Provide training and mentoring to staff and teams for building specific capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
A master's degree in business management, or a related field, and any other related higher degrees will add an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management consulting or business advisory role.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using performance analytics, workforce strategy, and risk frameworks.
Proficient in tools and process improvement techniques.
Strong knowledge of Australian workforce laws, compliance, and WHS standards.
Exceptional stakeholder communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Experience in the commercial or property service industry is desirable
