What you’ll be doing:

Come and be part of the team providing oversight and delivery support for key programs aligned with the RFS Strategic Direction. Apply your skills and experience to provide effective governance, integrated planning, and structured delivery across priority initiatives - ensuring alignment, driving execution, and supporting change adoption across the organisation. Play a part in translating strategy into action, building momentum and accountability for outcomes that matter.


To thrive in this role, you will have:

Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within government or emergency service environments.

Strong capability across the full project lifecycle.

Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders, including frontline staff, volunteers, and executives.

Deep understanding of the RFS’s vision, purpose, and values.

Ability to align project delivery with strategic goals, ensuring effective governance and reporting.

Capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Strong cultural fit, embodying trust, integrity, and collaboration.

Focus on driving change and operational improvement across the organisation.
