About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team at RegisBuilt, a leading Self-Storage and Industrial construction company. Our clients are industry leaders and include ASX listed companies. Regisbuilt are pioneers in the storage industry and have strong relationships that have lasted over 25 years of being a preferred builder for many clients.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and progressive company.

This role MUST be based in Melbourne.

What you'll be doing

Creating, managing and implementing project plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

Coordinating and supervising a team that includes contract administrators, suppliers, contractors and other project stakeholders.

Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle

Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.

Collaborating with the wider project team to problem-solve and drive continuous improvement.

Running PCG meetings.

Comfortable with managing direct reports and monitoring their performance.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Project Manager (ideally with an engineering background) in the construction industry, with a track record of delivering successful projects.

Excellent planning, organisational and technical problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional project teams.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Project Management.

Strong project management skills, including proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Thorough understanding of construction processes, methods, BCA, NCC and industry regulations.

Proficiency in using project management software and tools such as, MS Project and Microsoft Office.
