We are looking for a key resource to service the Gold Coast region in a Domestic Insurance Works Site Supervisor capacity, taking up the opportunity to combine lifestyle with a stable, permanent and career development opportunity.

Importantly, the position is a pure Supervisor role without the cross-coverage of estimating / assessing duties. That said, if an applicant is specifically attracted to a diversified role, accommodations can be made.

Non-negotiable, is your previous insurance works experience (though considerations would be made for those that have gained some exposure and are looking to further develop in this sector), client / people management skills, integrity, empathetic demeanor, patience and ‘self-starter’ approach.

We are looking for a (emerging) leader who is motivated to take custody of this region and continue to promote what has become an enviable brand / profile across Australia.
