This large, QLD based insurance repair builder, is seeking an Insurance Supervisor to join their Desktop Supervising team in their Gold Coast office.

The right individual will have direct career progression into a Team Leadership position later down the line.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be part of the Desktop Supervisor team, focused on Supervising insurance repair building projects from the Gold Coast office.

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday in the Alexandria HO.

There is career progression pathways for the right person, leading to Senior Desktop Supervisor or Team Lead.

The starting salary is $90,000 - $110,000 + superannuation (based on experience).

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate for this position will have had prior Insurance Building Supervision or Project Coordination experience + willingness and capability to perform in a Desktop position long-term.

Industry qualification such as Cert III or above desirable but not necessary.

Computer confident.

Interest to commit to the role long-term and grow with the company.
