Requirements:

• Bsc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 3 years as Contract Admin on construction or fit out projects over $10m.
• Australian commercial building market experience is essential.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detailed understanding of Australian building standards.
• Permanent residence and full works right for Australia only.

Accountabilities:

• Oversee and manage contract administration and compliance
• Scoping and letting of sub-contractor packages
• Generate routine reports detailing the current status of contracts
• Draft internal and external communications related to contractual issues
• Address and resolve contract disputes
• Conduct contract payment reviews and audits
• Organise and retain all necessary contractual records and documentation
