We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to lead costing on civil infrastructure projects pertaining to concrete, roadworks and bulk earthworks across WA up to $30M. You'll manage all aspects of tender submission-from first‑principles take‑off and estimating, through subcontractor pricing, to construction methodology and schedule input.

Our client delivers projects across diverse civil and mining clients in the Pilbara ad metro areas.

This role offers a flexible work environment, promoting autonomy whilst working within a small, collaborative team with a flat structure.

The Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a Senior Estimator in civil infrastructure/mining environments in Australia
• Proven first‑principles estimating for projects across concrete, earthworks, roads and bulk infrastructure
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g. Expert Estimation, Candy, Excel-based tools)
• Strong attention to detail, literacy & numeracy, commercial awareness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Develop cost schedules, construction methodologies, and program inputs.
• Demonstrated leadership with the capacity to effectively coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery
