Rare opportunity for an experienced technical support service administrator to join an establishes Australian owned and run manufacturing company based in Dandenong South.
Haus Group is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of premium cooking appliances distributing its products across Australia and New Zealand. The Haus Group currently have three well-known high end exclusive brands we assemble and distribute on site.
Working as a part of the internal sales and administration team this role will focus on providing technical service support to our valued customers. As the service administrator you will provide remote support to customers experiencing issues with their Haus appliances, including fault finding and resolution. This will include troubleshooting issues and scheduling service appointments whilst ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing technical product assistance via phone to both retailers and end consumers
Handling inquiries, scheduling service appointments with clear concise instructions to service partners
Maintaining records and completing paperwork whilst following company policies and processes.
Multitask, follow up and close service issues within company performance targets
Maintain and develop relationships with regional service providers including service agreements
Actively support the internal sales and administration team ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Various administrative and reporting duties as required
Skills and experience
Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot common appliance problems.
Excellent customer service skills including active listening and problem-solving ability to address our customer needs effectively.
Previous experience in a customer service technical support role is highly desirable.
Working experience with Cin7 Core or similar ERP systems
Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office suite
The ability to work autonomously and prioritise and complete tasks through to resolution.
Excellent phone manner with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Helpful and positive disposition with a can-do attitude that will add to the overall company culture
