They’re looking for a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager/Associate Director to grow their broker network, drive loan volumes, and educate partners on their lending parameters.

The Opportunity

Build and maintain strong broker relationships.

Identify and convert new lending opportunities.

Educate brokers on lending parameters to help them close more deals.

Manage the loan pipeline from enquiry to settlement.

Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.

Target: $100M in loan placements per year.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years in business development, mortgage lending, or broker relationship management.

Strong network within the broker market, plus direct relationships with property developers (or ability to build them quickly).

Experience in banking, non-bank, or finance, particularly in third-party lending.

Self-motivated “hunter” mentality, driven to meet and exceed targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
