About the role

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment

Manage incoming calls and client enquiries and ensure calls are transferred to the correct team

Support the Administration Manager with ad hoc admin and office support tasks

Work closely with internal teams to ensure every client interaction is part of a thoughtful, well-rounded service experience including room set up and coordination

Proactively build warm, respectful relationships with a range of contacts — from senior executives to frontline staff — by understanding their needs and being consistently reliable and approachable

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in a receptionist role, ideally within a financial services environment that prioritises customer service and experience

Professional communication skills and a willingness to help direct client enquiries

Ability to multi task and a collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to work well within a close-knit team
