We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Receptionist and Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position involves managing front-desk responsibilities while also providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and share area.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Administrative Assistant Duties:

Provide administrative support to management and team members

Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as requested

Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping

Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics

Maintain office supplies and reorder as necessary

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Professional appearance.
