We specialise in facilitating Occupational Health Assessments for recruiters in the mining and construction industries, and we’re looking for someone who understands the unique requirements of these sectors.

You must have experience working within a medical clinic and understanding of Mining Occupational Medical Assessments particular with Mineral Mine and Quarry and Coal Board Mine Assessments.

🔹 About the Role:

Position: Experienced Occupational Health Booking Administration Officer

Type: Casual

Location: Remote (work from anywhere in Australia!)

Hours: Flexible, based on business needs

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule Occupational Health Assessments

Liaise with clients, candidates, and providers to ensure smooth and timely bookings

Maintain accurate records and manage booking systems

Communicate clearly and professionally across all channels

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

MUST HAVE - Previous experience in Occupational Health Assessment bookings

MUST HAVE - Strong understanding of occupational health requirements in the mining and construction industries

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
