Front of House Manager – Three Blind Mice Kitchen & Providore

Location: Mascot, NSW
Position: Full-Time Salary
Store Hours: 6.5 Days Per Week (with occasional nights for special events and dinners)

Three Blind Mice Kitchen & Providore is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As the face of our kitchen and providore, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring our customers receive the best service, and maintaining the high standards we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily front-of-house operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and ensuring smooth service during peak times.

Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and positive experience for all patrons.

Train and support front-of-house staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the menu and service standards.

Oversee inventory management and help maintain stock levels for front-of-house and providore products.

Assist with special events and dinners, including occasional evening shifts to manage events and private bookings.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Ensure that the store and dining area are always maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in a food service environment, ideally with front-of-house management experience.

Food Handling Experience

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of food and beverages, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to manage staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Comfortable working occasional evenings for special events or private dinners.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
