Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a dedicated Office & Reception Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of their Sydney CBD office and ensure a first-class front-of-house and workplace environment.

Lead daily office operations and be the go-to person for all things workplace-related

Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet and direct visitors including brokers, clients, candidates, and staff
Manage front-of-house operations including reception, meeting room bookings, catering, and events
Lead and mentor the Office Coordinator, ensuring smooth daily workflows
Maintain office presentation, kitchen supplies, and general stock across common areas
Coordinate internal events and meetings including Town Halls and external functions
Support onboarding and offboarding: prepare desks, manage access passes, and ensure smooth transitions
Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and office services
Manage incoming mail, deliveries, internal communications, and office-wide updates
Provide administrative support to senior leaders including the Facilities Manager and CFO
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace standards
Contribute to a strong organisational culture through professionalism and proactive service
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar office management or front-of-house role within a corporate setting
Confident communicator with the ability to engage across all levels of the business
Experience supervising or training junior team members
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional presentation and a strong customer service ethic
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to handle confidential matters with maturity and discretion
