Our services include NDIS Therapeutic Supports, Behaviour Supports, Support Coordination, and Early Childhood Supports, and we provide a broad range of state and federal government-funded services. At Spectrum Collective, we integrate neuroaffirming practice in every aspect of our work through focusing on neurodivergent strengths, accommodations, and environmental adaptations to improve life outcomes in meaningful ways.
We offer inclusive neurodiversity training and organisational consultancy with a contemporary, lived experience lens, empowering organisations to adopt neuroaffirming practices. Whether it's supporting individuals through individual services or delivering inclusive training, we create tailored, compassion-informed solutions for a wide variety of neurotypes, including autistic individuals, ADHDers, people with an intellectual disability and psychosocial differences.
We are a quality-driven NDIS registered provider, offering services across multiple states and territories. Our team is passionate about continual learning and improving the way we deliver services, using contemporary technologies to streamline processes and enhance the quality of care we provide.
Role Timing
We are recruiting for this exciting new position, with a flexible start date intended to fall between August and mid-October 2025. This allows ample time for onboarding and internal handover before a staff member takes extended leave.

About Your New Role
As a Business Administrator, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organisation. You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team, assist with client onboarding, and manage various administrative tasks, contributing directly to our mission of empowering neurodivergent individuals.
This role combines administrative support, brand consistency, and internal communications, with an emphasis on ensuring that we remain audit-ready, values-driven, and client-focused. The position offers flexibility in work arrangements, and we are open to part-time or full-time options depending on your availability.

Essential Skills & Experience
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Demonstrated experience in administration, customer service, and business support.
Confidence using Microsoft 365, cloud-based systems, and modern technologies to drive efficiency.
Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and kindness.
Certificate to degree-level qualifications in Business Administration, or Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills
Administration / Finance Administration experience in the NDIS, community services, or health sector.
Familiarity with state and federal government-funded disability related services.
Experience with Xero or similar financial platforms.
Knowledge of neuroaffirming practices and inclusive design principles.
Experience with contemporary tools to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in administrative processes.
Graphic design experience (e.g., Canva or similar) to create outcome-driven materials aligned with the brand style guide.
