Due to an internal promotion, this brilliant Property Management Accountant position has become available. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

Producing financial/ management reporting packs and answering queries from stakeholders

Building forecasts of the properties financial positions

P&L and balance sheet analysis and variance commentaries

Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders

Bank reconciliations for accounts held at property level

Assist with the on-boarding of new properties and the closing down of a property after they are sold

Ensuring accruals and journals are accurate

Proactively seeking process improvements within the team

Ad hoc reporting/ training

For you to be successful in your application, you will be CA/CPA qualified or studying towards with at least 2 years experience from either a chartered firm (open on audit or business services) or large complex multinational organisation. Additionally, you will need to be a fantastic communicator, possess strong technical accounting skills and be a team player.
