My client is a Top 100, high-growth and modern firm. The business specialises in tax, accounting, advisory, and outsourced CFO services. Their company ethos is about embracing new technology to deliver effective solutions for their clients.

The client portfolio offers the typical diversity of a city based practice, with a focus on SME and family groups clients. All clients are utilising Xero and have their systems cloud based.

In terms of structure, each Partner has several Senior Accountants/Client Managers, who are supported by dedicated offshore staff members. Your position will involve managing a small portfolio of clients (approx $400k - $500k in fees), reviewing the work of offshore staff, and liaising with clients.

The job will be primarily review based. Therefore experience both reviewing and mentoring staff is highly desirable. This is a great role for someone looking for a balanced work environment where they can have autonomy.

The ideal candidate:

CA or CPA qualified

5 + years experience in public practice

Proficiency with Xero (Blue) & XPM

Experience working with and supervising offshore team members (highly desirable)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
