THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to ongoing growth, the firm is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of sophisticated clients. You’ll work directly with experienced Partners, gaining exposure to complex private group structures, trusts, and long-term succession planning strategies.
This is a unique chance to move beyond compliance work into true advisory, with direct client contact and the ability to make a meaningful impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and private family groups
• Oversee and review financial statements and tax returns across multiple entities
• Deliver strategic tax and commercial advice
• Develop strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
• Coordinate with legal, banking, and investment stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 7+ years in public practice or advisory firms in Australia
• CA or CPA qualified
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex group structures
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Commercially astute, with a discreet and professional approach
• Full working rights in Australia
