Robert Half is exclusively recruiting for a Finance Analyst offering a unique opportunity to join a growing not for profit organisation in Melbourne northern suburbs

This role involves taking charge of financial / non-financial data analysis, managing PowerBi dashboards, and presenting information to the CFO when required.

This is a 12 month contract with view to permanency

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the duties and responsibilities include:

• PowerBi reporting / management
• Complex Excel analysis
• Interpretation of data to drive business decision
• Completion of complex general ledger reconciliations
• Detailed month-end analysis and reporting
• Ensuring all relevant accounting standards are adhered to
• Working closely with all Stakeholders, both finance & non-finance
• Detailed variance analysis

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will be fully qualified (CA/CPA) and have proven analytical skills within commercial or non-profit environments.

An ability to take ownership of the role while supporting those around you is also a pre-requisite for this position.

You will have strong system skills with a proven background with SAP coupled with an advanced ability on Excel and PowerBi experience
