Robert Half is currently recruiting a qualified (CPA/CA) Senior Financial Accountant to take ownership of the financial accounting and financial Revenue reporting/Analysis of reputable and fast growing organisation in the CBD.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a permanent opportunity and who is immediately available.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for assisting in financial year end processes, managing revenue reporting, budgeting, preparation of the General Ledger, Financial modelling & analysis and preparation of financial reports.

The Role

Your duties will be a mixture of financial and management reporting, including:

• Accurate and timely production of the division's monthly, quarterly and year-end accounts
• Complex general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
• SQL and data analysis
• Financial Reporting
• Financial Modelling / Forecasting
• Reporting and analysis through PowerBi
• Preparation of monthly management reports
• Monthly variance analysis
• Financial analysis
• Assisting with audit
• Ad-Hoc tasks when required

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will have worked autonomously within a large organisation producing timely & accurate P&L, Balance Sheet and financial reports.

• CPA/CA Qualified with relevant experience to match your qualification.
• Proven financial reporting and technical accounting skills
• Proficiency in accounting software, advanced Excel skills and experience with PowerBi
• Highly organised with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Dynamics or large ERP systems experience

This a temporary to permanent opportunity with view to commence in August and will require long term work rights.
