Description

• Prepare and deliver monthly and annual financial reports
• Manage general ledger integrity and reconciliations
• Oversee inventory accounting and ensure accurate stock reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Coordinate external audits and provide required documentation
• Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA or CPA qualification (or nearing completion)
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Solid experience in financial reporting, compliance, and controls
• Strong systems knowledge, especially with SAP and Excel
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work in high pressure environments.
