About the Role

As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of change strategies across complex programs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure successful adoption of initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and support organisational change initiatives aligned with strategic goals
• Conduct detailed change impact assessments and readiness activities
• Build relationships and engage stakeholders across all levels
• Develop and implement strategies to address resistance and promote adoption
• Support people leaders to lead through change and act as change champions
• Monitor, report and mitigate reputational and implementation risks

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in change management within ICT or digital projects
• Familiarity with ADKAR, Prosci or other structured change frameworks
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Excellent organisational, planning and time management capabilities
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
